DDA Executive Committee (Dec 3, 2025) — Two grant requests referred to full DDA
The Downtown Development Authority Executive Committee met Dec. 3, 2025 at Larcom City Hall. Three members were present (Tyler Kinley, Micah Bartelme, Mike Michelon); Elisabeth Berry was absent. The committee heard presentations on: (1) a State Street District grant request to establish a BIZ (presented by Nick Lemmer) and (2) a $500,000 Ann Arbor Housing Development Corporation (AAHDC) grant request for 350 S Fifth construction (presented by Jennifer Hall and Michael Kaplan). Both items were referred to the Downtown Development Authority with specified return dates. No public comment was received. The meeting adjourned at 12:00 noon.
