Ann Arbor City Council — Regular meeting minutes (Nov 17, 2025)

Council met in Larcom City Hall chambers. Council approved the agenda; received administrator reports and a DDA update; confirmed two mayoral appointments; approved the consent agenda including multiple contracts and grant agreements; adopted several zoning and code amendments on second reading; approved an appointment to the Airport Advisory Committee; and removed two Arbor South items from the agenda. Public hearings were held/closed on multiple rezoning and code items and public commentary covered the Arbor South project, pedestrian safety, SNAP/food access, and international issues.
