Audit Committee received and filed FY2025 audits with unmodified opinions
The Audit Committee met December 2, 2025 at Larcom City Hall. Council Members Lisa Disch (acting Chair), Jennifer Cornell, and Jon Mallek were present; Erica Briggs and Ayesha Ghazi Edwin were absent. There was no public commentary. The committee approved the agenda and approved/forwarded the December 16, 2024 minutes. Audits presented and received/filed: Ann Arbor Housing Commission FY2025, DDA FY2025, and the City of Ann Arbor Annual Financial Report FY2025 — each received an unmodified opinion for the 6/30/25 financial statements. The meeting was adjourned.
