Planning Commission recommends approvals for multiple housing projects, zoning text amendments, and finds FY2027–2036 CIP consistent with Master Plan (Apr 7, 2026)

At the April 7, 2026 Planning Commission Public Hearing, commissioners voted on consent items and several Development Special Use Permits, recommended the FY2027–2036 Capital Improvement Program be found consistent with the City Master Plan, initiated and recommended a commercial zoning text amendment, approved street name and vacation requests, and approved prior minutes. Most motions passed unanimously or by clear majorities.
