Council approved the action docket (Item 10 considered separately); approved non-emergency medical transport provider; authorized multiple state transit grant applications and local match commitments; endorsed MWCOG/WMATA DMVMoves conceptually (no funding commitment); authorized a third amendment/payment for the Potomac Yard Metrorail station using up to $35M from the Potomac Yard Fund; approved the FY26–FY28 Strategic Plan; received Housing 2040 work session; appointed Kevin C. Greenlief to pension boards; approved submission for a DCJS grant.
